The items purchased from the online store can be exchanged in the due date. A customer can contact with customer care service provided by the online store if he/she has any problem with the item or want to exchange. The customer can send the item to the store through courier.
For this purpose, the store has some conditions for exchange which are following,

• The customer can submit a request for exchange through (Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp) within 5-7 days of receipt of the courier.

• The customer must have to mention the reason upon which he/she wishes to exchange.

• The item will have its original packing and the Price tags.

• The original Invoice is sent along with the item he wishes to exchange
• The item doesn’t have any emits, perfume, odors, or stains. And the item was not washed or used.

• The charges of exchanging courier were given by the Customer.

• Items on sale are unexchangeable and if the item bought on regular price goes on sale then it will be exchanged on the sale price.

• Desi rung follows “No Refund” rule.

Desi Rung has no cash back service. Customer must note that the order can’t be canceled for confirmation and the exchange will happen only when the customer receives the invoice through email on SMS.
