Orders and Delivery
All the orders on desirang.co.uk are routed through different courier services available in the UK. All the customers have a unique tracking ID to track his courier which was given on the dispatched day.
When a customer places an order, he will receive a confirmation call or SMS from customer care to confirm the order. Without verification, the order will be canceled in next 72 hours. Desi Rung offers cash on delivery, Credit card, and PayPal payment method. After confirmation, the order will be dispatched and will be delivered to the customer in next 2-4 working days.
Delivery in other Countries
Desi Rung can deliver the orders in other countries through DHL. The customers from other countries can receive the tracking ID and sale invoices through email. Order confirmation may be taken place through email or WhatsApp. Some additional charges will be charged on the courier for the clearance of custom.
